Over the past 26 years, I have relished being part of the tremendous growth, healing and transformation of the clients I serve. Outside of my private practice I have worked as a professor in the Graduate School of Social Work at California State University, Los Angeles training future therapists. I am currently the Clinical Supervisor at a non-profit organization that serves cancer patients and have managed at other community based agencies treating children, adolescents and families. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings as a Clinical Director, Supervisor, Consultant and Clinician.

I have been providing individual, couples and family therapy for over 26 years. My experience and background enables me to offer effective, individualized psychological care. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, codependency, physical illnesses and grief and loss.
My focus is to help individuals heal, recover, and become aware of their inner strengths. Helping clients create a more fulfilling well balanced life is my ultimate goal as a therapist.

I provide personalized individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Through various therapeutic techniques, we work together to help you achieve your personal and emotional goals.
Healthy relationships require effort and understanding, I offer couples counseling designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your bond. My approach is to guide you through challenges in a constructive way, helping you both to reconnect and grow together as partners.

Fees will be discussed prior to the first session. When available, I do offer a sliding scale rate.
I am not an insurance provider but am happy to provide a super-bill for insurance reimbursement.
